About the role

BICloud Tech is seeking a Modern Work Cloud Solution Architect to design secure, productive Microsoft 365 environments. You will guide customers across Microsoft 365 tenant architecture, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID, migration, governance, security, and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft 365 discovery, readiness assessments, and solution-design workshops.
• Design tenant, identity, collaboration, endpoint-management, security, and compliance solutions.
• Plan and guide tenant-to-tenant and on-premises-to-cloud migrations.
• Define governance, lifecycle, naming, retention, access, and operational standards.
• Create implementation plans, architecture diagrams, runbooks, and customer-facing recommendations.
• Work with sales and delivery teams on scoping, estimates, risks, and technical presentations.
• Support adoption and operational handoff so solutions remain manageable after launch.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Microsoft collaboration, messaging, identity, or endpoint technologies.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Entra ID.
• Experience planning migrations and resolving identity, mail-flow, collaboration, or device-management dependencies.
• Excellent written, presentation, and customer-facing communication skills.

Preferred

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert or related expert-level certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview, Defender XDR, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust.
• Consulting or managed-services experience.
