Full-Stack Software Engineer
We're building the AI OS for manufacturing.
The role
Join Harmony AI as a full-stack software engineer working directly with customers during US nationwide factory deployments - not one city only. Our HQ is Chattanooga, TN. In-person, on-site, and travel are required; this is not a remote-only role.
You will turn real manufacturing workflows into reliable software, deploy it at customer facilities, and iterate alongside operators and plant teams.
What you'll do
- Deploy and integrate software at factories across the US.
- - Build customer-facing products and automation end to end.
- - Partner with manufacturing teams to understand problems and deliver practical solutions.
- - Own projects from discovery through on-site rollout and continuous improvement.
Stack
Python, TypeScript, React, Postgres, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
Experience
0-4 years of experience; new grads welcome. We value strong fundamentals, curiosity, ownership, and comfort working with customers in the field.
Travel and support
US nationwide travel is part of the job. Housing/Airbnb near the site + travel are covered.
Compensation
Comp $100K+ (plus meaningful equity).
