tl;dr: Prepfully helps candidates with interview prep. We’ve got interview guides, mock interviews, question banks, recorded interviews - you get the picture.

The goal is to become a one-stop shop for everything in a candidate’s interview journey - all the way from getting referred via an internal connection, to receiving best-in-class guidance (for free). From mentorship from the best coaches in the world, to eventually learning how to negotiate and get compensated in a way that recognizes your true value.

About the job
You'll be writing a LOT of content.

• You should be super comfortable using GenAI to perform research.
• You should be equally comfortable talking to actual users (coaches and candidates in our network) to ensure this research is backed by recent qualitative feedback.
• Finally - you should be capable of incredibly high quality writing. If you use GenAI to do your writing for you - sorry, regretfully you will not be a fit.

• You’re solving real problems for real people. Interviewing is super hard; it's only getting harder. You'll be reading emails from grateful candidates every day.
• Flexible timings and remote work. The whole team is remote, we're globally interspersed, so nobody cares about what hours you work - we DO however care a lot about how high quality your work is.

What are we looking for?

• A writing background. You need to have an interest in writing, and in getting really deep into the domain you're writing about, to pull of the level of depth this content will require.
• A can-do attitude to getting things done. We’re a startup - we might not always solve problems perfectly, but we know that we’ll manage to solve whatever we come up against.
• Content skills: Create amazing content; leverage GenAI for research, but know its limits and write everything yourself.
• Excellent English written skills. You’ll be writing and reviewing content across the whole company. You’ll need to be rather awesome on this front.
• Bonus: Experience in SEO and understanding how this plays into content strategy

What the hiring process looks like

• Step 1: Apply. Once you do, I'll share 3 topics and ask you to choose any 1 to write an article on. Everyone gets the same topics.
• Step 2: If your article makes the cut, an interview with our founder to determine fit. Full disclosure: he'll ask
