We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Writer to join our dynamic team. As a Content Writer, you will play a crucial role in crafting engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audience.
Spenza simplifies how SMEs procure, manage and save on telecom services by offering a global “telecom as a service” full stack solution that just works. Your expertise in creating engaging content will help us effectively communicate our value proposition to our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and persuasive content targeting device vendors and enterprises, highlighting the benefits and unique features of our B2B "Telecom as a Service" platform.
- Conduct in-depth research on the telecom industry, cellular connectivity solutions, IoT, and related topics to ensure accurate and up-to-date information in our content.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop content strategies and deliverables that align with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Produce various types of content, including website copy, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, and social media content.
- Tailor content to different stages of the buyer's journey, from awareness to consideration and decision-making, to nurture leads effectively.
- Work closely with subject matter experts, product managers, and technical teams to gather information and translate complex concepts into clear and compelling content.
- Ensure content is optimized for search engine optimization (SEO) and incorporates relevant keywords to improve organic visibility.
- Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, and consistency, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve content effectiveness.
An Ideal Candidate would be
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Marketing Intern or Copywriter in the B2B technology industry, preferably in telecommunications, IoT, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and the ability to create content that speaks to the target audience.
- Excellent research skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling content.
- Familiarity with telecom industry trends, IoT, and cellular connectivity solutions is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of creating engaging content for various channels, including websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and keyword optimization techniques.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to gather information and insights.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
