About the job
You'll be writing a LOT of technical content.

• You should be super comfortable using GenAI to perform research.
• You should be equally comfortable talking to actual users (coaches and candidates in our network) to ensure this research is backed by recent qualitative feedback.
• Finally - you should be capable of incredibly high quality writing. If you use GenAI to assist your writing - sorry, regretfully you will not be a fit.

• Flexible timings and remote work. The whole team is remote, we're globally interspersed, so nobody cares about what hours you work - we DO however care a lot about how high quality your work is.

What are we looking for?

• Technical chops background. You need to have worked in tech-ancillary roles for you to understand Product, Engineering, and Data focused content. You must be able to understand code; or system design and architecture.
• A can-do attitude to getting things done. We’re a startup - we might not always solve problems perfectly, but we know that we’ll manage to solve whatever we come up against.
• Content skills: Create amazing content; leverage GenAI for research, but know its limits and write stuff yourself.
• Excellent English written skills. You’ll be writing and reviewing content across the whole company. You’ll need to be rather awesome on this front.
• Bonus: Experience in SEO and understanding how this plays into content strategy

What the hiring process looks like

• Step 1: Apply. Once you do, I'll share 3 topics and ask you to choose any 1 to write an article on. Everyone gets the same topics.
