YOU WILL OWN

Design and creative, hands-on, at the core: art direction and creative standards across digital and physical, built on the existing brand guideline.
Content language: voice, weekly formats, recurring series.
Posters, films and campaigns, directing freelancers and studios.
Arena, merch and packaging touchpoints, and a light system (templates, asset library, briefs) so quality holds.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Must have

3–7 years in brand, creative or art direction at a culture-first brand, studio or agency.
A portfolio where your own role is exact.
Design and creative are your core: hands-on craft in digital, motion or physical design, and able to direct the rest.
Has run freelancers and vendors to budget and deadline.

Good to have

Gaming, motoculture. Motorsport, streetwear or sports visual direction, 3D or photo direction. Own studio or ex-founder.

Pedigree, education or work

Pedigree can be education or work, in any field. A strong institution, a marquee brand or a self-built record all count. Results and growth come first. For example: Nothing, Gentle Monster, Stüssy, Palace, Oakley, MSCHF, fashion and gaming studios, top design institutes.
