The Role

You’ll help turn raw recordings into finished stories—founder videos, product walkthroughs, shorts, explainers, and motion-driven content.

You will:

• Edit long-form videos into tight narratives for YouTube and landing pages
• Cut short-form clips for Instagram, X, and paid distribution
• Add motion graphics, light animation, and on-screen text that feels native to modern SaaS content
• Clean up audio, pacing, and structure so busy operators can watch friction-free
• Follow brand guidelines while bringing your own creative ideas

You don’t need to understand every detail of GrowthOS on day one—but you should be comfortable with SaaS products, dashboards, and product-heavy footage.

What We Care About

• Strong command of editing tools and workflow
• Comfort with motion graphics and simple animations
• Sense of rhythm, pacing, and story for B2B audiences
• Reliability on deadlines and communication
• Ability to take loose direction and deliver clean cuts with minimal hand-holding

What We Do Not Care About

• Film school or formal degrees
• Big agency names
• Follower counts
• Over-produced reels with no real substance

Level & Setup

• Freelance, remote-friendly, project-based
• Work closely with the Creator Lead and founder on specific projects and series

How to Apply

2. Links to 2–3 full videos you edited that you’re proud of
3. Your typical rate or range (short-form and long-form)
4. Your current availability (weekly or monthly)

We care about proof of doing, not credentials. Personal YouTube channels, client work, or side projects are all valid—as long as we can see your hands on the edit.
