Talent Development Operations & Program Specialist

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Talent Development Operations & Program Specialist you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience at Braze. You will be instrumental in the end-to-end program management of our global New Hire Onboarding Program, ensuring new employees feel welcomed, informed, and connected with critical information, from day one. You will also manage the process for enrolling, coordinating, tracking completion and data collection for other key learning programs: Braze Leadership Explorer, Manager Essentials and Aspiring Leaders Programs. Additionally, you will support the broader Learning Experience Design team, helping to create engaging learning materials to drive professional growth across the company.

Core Responsibilities:

• Global Onboarding Administration & Facilitation:
  • Own day-to-day logistics, scheduling, facilitator coordination, and primary point-of-contact support for global new hire onboarding across AMER, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC
  • Confidently facilitate foundational onboarding sessions, both virtually and in-person, to welcome and orient new employees
  • Maintain onboarding platform content and support the long-term roadmap to transition onboarding into a more automated, dynamic experience
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires and hiring managers during the onboarding journey. Work cross-functionally with internal key stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain all onboarding program materials and platforms
  • Collect and analyze new hire feedback and program data to identify areas for improvement. Propose and help implement minor program adjustments to continuously enhance the onboarding experience
• Program Portfolio Operations & Cohort Tracking:
  • Manage participant enrollment, calendar coordination, completions, project tracking, and communications across the full suite of talent programs (e.g., Leadership Explorer, Manager Essentials, Aspiring Leaders, individual/team learning)
  • Coordinate vendor schedules, room setups, and materials for global learning events
• Systems Administration & Triage:
  • Execute front-end LMS/LXP administrative tasks (user tagging, course publishing, roster management, basic troubleshooting)
  • Manage Jira ticket triage and team workflow updates under guidance from the Lead Capability Architect
• Data Collection & Continuous Improvement:
  • Administer evaluation surveys, collect participant feedback, and assemble baseline analytics across programs to identify operational improvements and support the enterprise measurement strategy
• Financial & Vendor Administration:
  • Administer tuition reimbursement, learning stipends, purchase orders, vendor invoices, and contract processing

WHO YOU ARE

You’re a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized person who is excited to join a fast-paced and scaling company! Specifically, you have:

• 1-3 yrs of professional experience
• Familiarity in using learning management systems, HR systems, such as Workday and Greenhouse, and other related software
• Executive presence to represent Talent Development with professionalism, confidence, and personality through virtual/in-person facilitation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness via data management tools
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based, collaborative environment while also working autonomously and taking ownership of projects
• Experience with event/cohort management, global scheduling across time zones, and process documentation
• A strong customer service mindset when working with cross-functional stakeholders such as new hires, leaders, or vendors

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $67,000 and $81,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $74,000 and $94,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, this role qualifies for a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that you will own a piece of our company.
