What we're building
Our first work is Henry — a trading intelligence that puts institution-grade capability in everyone's hands. It's how we prove the mission in practice, not just on a page.

We're moving from private beta toward public launch, building the company and the product in parallel. You'd be joining founding-team early, with real ownership over what Atheneo becomes.

The role
As founding CIO, you'll define, validate, and defend the trading logic, and set the standard for how honestly we talk about performance.

What you'll own

• Investment strategy — design, validation, and iteration
• Risk management and exposure discipline
• A reproducible, honest track record — no hindsight, no fabrication
• The “why Henry wins” thesis, and the evidence behind it
• Disclosures and guardrails on any forward-looking claims

What we're looking for

• Deep markets experience — quant, trading, or portfolio management
• CFA charter (required)
• Series 65 — or a CFA-based exemption — to register as an investment adviser representative
• Rigorous and evidence-driven; you distrust results you can't reproduce
• A track record of real strategy work, not just backtests
• High integrity on performance claims
