Robot Deployment Executive

Position Overview
As a Deployment Executive, you will work closely with our robotics team to deploy and operate autonomous robots on active construction sites. You will own the on-site experience end-to-end — from setup and mission planning to live operations, client demos, and basic maintenance — while coordinating daily with both our team and the site point of contact.

What You'll Do

• Deploy and operate autonomous robots on live construction sites.
• Perform robot setup, calibration, and mission planning before each deployment.
• Monitor robot performance during autonomous operations and drive the robot remotely during pilots.
• Assist in customer demos, POCs, and on-site deployments.
• Take ownership of the hardware on-site and perform basic maintenance on robots.
• Coordinate pre-deployment logistics, QC checks, and permissions with the client point of contact.
• Record deployment metrics such as trip time, load carried, and route details for each mission.
• Collaborate with our robotics software and hardware teams to improve system performance.
• Communicate daily progress to the team, sales, and operations partners.

What You'll Bring
Must-Have

• Diploma or engineering degree (any stream — Mechanical, Electrical, Polytechnic, Computer Science, etc.).
• Strong proactive communication in Hindi and English.
• Genuine ownership mindset and comfort taking initiative without hand-holding.
• Willingness to travel and stay on-site across India (and internationally when required).
• Comfort with tough, outdoor construction-site working conditions.
• Basic comfort working with Windows and Ubuntu.

Good-to-Have

• Prior robotics project, internship, or consulting exposure.
• Genuine enthusiasm for robotics and autonomous systems.
• Experience managing your own travel and site logistics.

Logistics

• Employment Type: Full-time after internship
• Location: Bangalore, India (base)
• Work Mode: Field-based, on-site at client construction sites
• Travel: Pan-India and occasional international travel (fully reimbursed)
• Reports To: Robotics Head
