Job Summary:
We 're looking for an AI Platform Engineer with strong Python and AI/ML background to build our next-gen GenAI platform You will be working on building scalable AI platforms, integrating LLMs, and deploying models on cloud with CI/CD. Fully remote, Pune based niche product engineering firm.

Required Skills & Experience:
o 4-7 years of hands-on experience in Python development and AI/ML
o Strong proficiency in Python, NumPy and Git / Version Control (GitHub/GitLab).
o Experience with LLMs, API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Open-Source Models) and frameworks like Lang Chain or Llama Index.
o Familiarity with Prompt Engineering, RAG and fine-tuning techniques (PEFT / LORA).
o Good understanding of database systems (SQL) and micro-services architecture.
o Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
o Build & Integrate: Develop AI applications and RAG pipelines using Python, Lang Chain / Llama Index, and integrate LLMs like OpenAI and Anthropic via APIs.
o Strong knowledge of prompt models using PEFT / LORA and deploy them on cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) using Git and CI/CD.
o Collaborate & Deliver: Work with a small remote team to deliver scalable AI solutions for clients in healthcare, cybersecurity, retail, and telecom.
