Mid level/Senior DevOps Engineer

Job Title: Mid Level/Senior DevOps Engineer

We are urgently looking for DevOps engineers (Minimum 4 years of DevOps experience) who have expertise of building service catalog for IDP (Internal Developer Portal). Expertise on GitLab/GitHub CI/CD is must.

Core Responsibilities:
Cortex IDP Integration & Rollout:
Executing a complete rollout and integration of Cortex across 60+ engineering teams and 200+ microservices.
Establishing seamless toolchain integrations across GitLab CI/CD, PagerDuty, AWS, and monitoring platforms.
Implementing engineering standard scorecards to track production readiness, documentation coverage, and security posture.

GitLab CI/CD Standardization & Security:
Auditing, reworking, and standardizing existing "community-driven" pipeline deployments.
Designing, building, and maintaining scalable, shared GitLab CI/CD pipeline templates.
Embedding DevSecOps guardrails, vulnerability scanning, and compliance checks directly into standard workflows.

LaunchDarkly Integration & Feature Management:
Advancing the deep integration of LaunchDarkly across the engineering ecosystem to standardize feature flagging practices and workflows.

Tooling Automation & Team Adoption:
Developing custom Go or Python automation to connect AWS infrastructure tools and reduce operational toil.
Acting as technical partners to engineering teams to actively assist with CI/CD migration, Cortex service onboarding, and feature flag adoption.

Systems and Tools:
Scripting & Automation: Go, Python
Internal Developer Portals & Feature Management: Cortex (or equivalent like Backstage),LaunchDarkly

Cloud Infrastructure & Kubernetes:
AWS Container Services: EKS, ECR
AWS Core Infrastructure: IAM, VPC

Security, Monitoring & Integrations:
Datadog, PagerDuty, automated vulnerability scanners
DevOps, IaC & GitOps Tools: GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, Terragrunt, FluxCD, ArgoCD, Helm, Kustomize
AI Tools: Claude Code, Cursor
