What You'll Do:
• Oversee day-to-day business delivery operations, tracking key KPIs and SLA compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Project Managers, Technical Leads, and Client Stakeholders.
• Optimize resource allocation, capacity tracking, and utilization rates across multiple engagements.
• Assist in financial management, project invoicing workflows, and contract administration.
• Lead continuous process improvement initiatives leveraging digital transformation and automation tools.
Good to Have:
• Experience inside an SAP consulting or large-scale IT enterprise application support environment.
• Deep knowledge of ITIL service frameworks and client governance matrices.
