City Lead

Oddtables brings six strangers together for dinner every weekend. The City Lead is the person who makes that happen in your city — behind the scenes. You'll find and partner with the venues these nights run in, make sure every table fills and goes off without a hitch, and keep the community around it warm and active.

This is an operator's role: part scout, part coordinator, part community manager. If you're organized, know your city's dining scene, and are good with people over chat and calls, this is your seat.

What you'll own:

Venues.: Scout the restaurants, wine bars, and rooms in your city worth seating six strangers in — and build the partnerships that let us book them reliably every weekend. You're the face Oddtables shows to venue partners.

Operations.: Every table that runs in your city is yours to coordinate — filled to six, confirmed with the venue, and smooth from the 4:22 drop onward. When something wobbles (a no-show, a booking that falls through), you're the one who sorts it.

Community.: Run your city's WhatsApp presence and the buzz around it. Be the person members recognize and trust. Collect what people felt after each night so we match them better next time, and turn the happiest members into regulars and referrers.

You'll probably be a fit if you

1. Know your city's dining and nightlife scene genuinely — not from a list
2. Are organized and unflustered when plans wobble
3. Can hold a venue relationship and a group chat without dropping either
4. Have run events, a community, or operations before, or worked in F&B (a plus, not a must)
5. Like the idea of strangers becoming friends over dinner
