Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

We’re hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to join the engineering team of a growing product company.

As a Software Engineer, you’ll work across different parts of the technology stack, solving challenging engineering problems and building reliable, scalable software. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the opportunity to work on meaningful product features and contribute to technical decisions.

What you'll do

• Work on challenging problems everyday
• Write well architected and robust code
• Collaborate with other engineers to ensure that our codebase is scalable, maintainable, and easily readable
• Learn to balance the creation of tech debt with delivering business requirements
• Understand complex problems, break them down into smaller ones, and solve each modularly

We are looking for someone with the following profile:

• 0–3 years of professional software engineering experience.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET / C# is required.
  
• Expertise in data structures and algorithms (extremely important)
• Ability to control Agentic AIs near deterministically through excellent prompt engineering
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in an unstructured startup environment
• Bonus if you know a few of these: TypeScript, SQL, React, ExpressJS
