Startups often face significant challenges when entering and implementing technology within a large health system. The Cedars-Sinai Accelerator+ is a bespoke program tailored to the needs of each company. We evaluate every startup individually and provide hands-on guidance to help founders navigate the implementation of their innovation, stakeholder alignment, and commercialization. Working as part of the Accelerator+ team, the Program Associate supports each company’s journey from pilot through commercial agreement, taking guidance and direction from the Program Manager.
Position Summary
The Program Associate provides entry-level operational and administrative support to the Cedars-Sinai Accelerator+ team. This highly organized, service-oriented team member keeps shared, confidential information current, coordinates program logistics and communications, and follows through on day-to-day assignments across multiple workstreams. This is a hybrid role with regular in-person responsibilities in Los Angeles, CA.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date SharePoint sites, project trackers, and related materials.
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, materials, and in-person logistics.
• Draft emails, manage routine follow-ups and inquiries, and escalate time-sensitive issues.
• Maintain spreadsheets, schedules, and other records.
• Create or revise documents, presentations, and web materials.
• Provide flexible administrative and entry-level project support as team priorities evolve.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
• Clear written and verbal communication, professional judgment, and discretion with sensitive information.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments, meet deadlines, work independently, and ask thoughtful questions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with SharePoint, project management tools and methodologies.
• Interest in healthcare innovation, entrepreneurship, program operations, or project management.

• Shared information is reliable and easy to navigate; meetings and program activities are well coordinated; and stakeholders receive timely, accurate, professional support.
