Founded by Mandana Dayani, we are building a luxury consumer brand grounded in heritage and executed with a modern, fashion-informed point of view. We are looking for an exceptional Operations & Project Management Associate to help build it from the ground up.

This is a highly hands-on role working directly with the founder and the whole team across product, hiring, brand, and launch. You will be in the details, helping turn ideas into reality and bringing structure to a fast-moving environment. This is not a typical project management or operations role. It is an opportunity to learn how a brand is built at the highest level from concept through launch and beyond, and be part of building a category-defining global brand from the very beginning, working directly with a founder who has built and scaled globally recognized brands across media, fashion, and technology.

*RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and maintain all project timelines across product development, creative, and launch
• Drive organization across workflows, files, assets, and communication
• Coordinate with designers, factories, and production partners, ensuring timelines and quality are met
• Manage creative pipeline (campaigns, website, content, launches) from brief through execution
• Track details obsessively: feedback, revisions, deliverables, and deadlines
• Support hiring: sourcing candidates, managing pipelines, coordinating interviews, and onboarding
• Keep internal operations tight: meetings, notes, follow-ups, and execution
• Support investor materials, data room, and communications
• Manage budgets, expenses, invoices, and operational logistics
• Help ensure nothing falls through the cracks - ever
• Support weekly Substack cadence and publishing, track KPIs, monitor ad spend and performance
• Manage social calendar, asset collection, and posting
• Prepare briefs for shoots, engagements, and content captures
• No task is too small - from managing critical timelines to handling day-to-day needs like ordering samples, coordinating logistics, or making sure the team is taken care of.

*IDEAL CANDIDATE
*

• Based in Los Angeles (in-person role)
• 3–6+ years of experience in project management, operations, or a fast-paced environment
• (experience in consumer brands, fashion, home, or interiors is a plus)
• Prior experience as a project manager required.
• Familiar with the product launch cycle process & timelines. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing the product implementation and production process
• Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized
• Entrepreneurial with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
• Clear, concise communicator with strong written and verbal skills
• Highly responsive and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
• Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
• Excited to work in an early-stage startup environment
• Strong taste level, passion for luxury, and creative sensitivity are a plus
• Positive, collaborative, team-first mindset. Sense of humor!

COMPENSATION: $6,000 - 6,500/month depending on experience
