Hiring: Business Analyst Data Sensitivity & VDI Migration

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in data governance, data classification, data sensitivity assessments, and enterprise technology initiatives.

Location: Remote

Experience: 5 7+ years

Contract: Long-term / Full-time hours

What You ll Do

Assess data sensitivity, system usage, and storage practices across business groups

Identify critical systems and high-risk data storage practices

Analyze data and process flows across applications, servers, networks, and endpoints

Evaluate VDI, access controls, and other secure data management solutions

Develop business cases, use cases, cost-benefit analyses, and recommendations

Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements sessions

Partner with Security, Technology, Infrastructure, and business teams

Support VDI migration roadmaps and change management activities

Support PAM, auditing, compliance, and data security initiatives

Present findings and recommendations to leadership

Ideal Candidate

5+ years of Business Analyst experience with hands-on exposure to data governance/classification, enterprise systems analysis, IT infrastructure or endpoint initiatives, and the ability to translate complex technical information into clear business recommendations.

VDI experience with Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop is a plus.
