Process Transformation Consultant (BPMN)

The Role:
We are seeking a Process Transformation Consultant to support a large industrial client in analyzing and improving operational processes.
In this role, you will work closely with operations, maintenance, and supply chain teams to understand real-world workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized processes. BPMN will be used as a structured modeling framework to translate operational workflows into clear and implementable process designs.
This role requires someone comfortable working with senior stakeholders and operational teams, translating complex operational realities into structured and improved processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational processes (operations, maintenance, supply chain)
• Conduct process discovery workshops with stakeholders
• Design as-is and to-be workflows
• Model processes using BPMN 2.0
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
• Provide training and documentation for sustainable process adoption.
• Work closely with operational and technology teams

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years experience in process improvement/ operational transformation
• Strong understanding of industrial or manufacturing environments
• Hands-on experience with BPMN 2.0
• Experience facilitating process workshops with business stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
