• Expert-level SQL (complex queries, joins, CTEs, window functions, optimization)

• Provide technical support for Salesforce and integrated third-party applications.

• Design and implement automated data quality checks for completeness, accuracy, consistency, freshness, and schema integrity across critical datasets and pipelines.
• Build monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions to detect anomalies, pipeline failures, data drift, and unexpected changes before they impact downstream consumers.

• Technical knowledge in designing, developing and maintaining TAX processing and revenue management systems
• Product knowledge of IRMS system and/or functional knowledge.

• Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Alertmanager, and Grafana
• Experience with NGINX Ingress or NGINX Gateway

• General IT knowledge across networking, systems, web, and cybersecurity enough to speak the language and triage issues
• Experience coordinating or managing IT vendors or contractors
