Business Development Executive

Role: Business Development Executive / Manager
Experience: 2–5 years in B2B Business Development / IT Sales

Avishkaram Technologies is looking for a proactive BD professional to drive new business opportunities in AI, LegalTech, Microsoft 365, Copilot, and IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify new leads through LinkedIn, email, networking, and other channels.
Identify potential clients in India and international markets, particularly US, UK, Australia, and Canada.
Conduct initial client discussions, understand requirements, and coordinate with the technical team for proposals.
Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
Meet agreed lead-generation, meeting, and revenue targets.

Ideal Candidate: 2–5 years of experience in B2B technology/IT sales or business development, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, a good understanding of technology services, and a self-driven, target-oriented approach.

Preferred: Experience selling IT services, SaaS, AI solutions, Microsoft technologies, or LegalTech solutions to international clients.
