Growth & Lead Generation Intern

We're building ProdDock from 0→1 and looking for someone to build the outbound side with us.

ProdDock is a product, AI & automation studio. We build digital systems that help businesses move faster, operate leaner and automate repetitive work.

This isn't an internship where you'll be given a spreadsheet and asked to find 500 random emails.

You'll work on:

1. Finding startups and businesses that could genuinely benefit from ProdDock
2. Researching founders and decision-makers
3. Identifying why a company could need us before reaching out
4. Writing personalized cold emails and LinkedIn outreach
5. Following up and helping turn cold prospects into conversations
6. Experimenting with different industries, ICPs and messaging
7. Maintaining our lead pipeline and tracking what actually converts

We're looking for someone who:

1. Is unusually good at finding things/people on the internet
2. Can write like a human, not a sales bot
3. Understands or genuinely wants to understand startups and B2B businesses
4. Can work independently without needing instructions for every step
5. Is comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
6. Cares about quality of leads more than quantity

Previous lead-gen/sales experience is useful, but not mandatory. Resourcefulness matters more.

You'll be joining extremely early, working directly with the founder and helping us figure out our GTM from scratch.
