CRM Specialist

We're looking for someone who looks at a customer base and sees business opportunities before they're obvious — then goes all the way to execution. This is not a campaign operations role. It's a strategic seat for someone with sharp analytical skills, a consultant's mindset, and the hands-on ability to build and launch campaigns end-to-end. You'll own segmentation strategy, drive CRM recommendations to leadership, and actively use AI — not as a productivity hack, but as a core method to uncover clusters, deepen analyses, and build agents that create leverage across the team.

Responsibilities

• Own customer base segmentation and clustering strategies, connecting behavioral data to business outcomes.

• Act as an internal consultant: identify CRM opportunities proactively, structure hypotheses, and deliver clear recommendations.

• Execute campaigns end-to-end — strategy, segmentation, briefing, platform execution, and results analysis.

• Operate CRM platforms hands-on (CleverTap, Infobip, or similar): journeys, A/B tests, multichannel delivery.

• Use AI to build smarter clusters, run deeper analyses, and create agents that automate workflows and scale CRM capacity.

• Report on CRM KPIs and OKRs with a business-first lens — not just what happened, but what it means and what to do next.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in CRM, analytics, or data-driven strategy — fintech or high-growth consumer tech preferred.
• Deep experience in customer segmentation and base analysis — knowing what to look for, not just how to query.
• Proficiency in SQL required; Python or R is a strong plus.
• Hands-on with at least one CRM platform (CleverTap and/or Infobip preferred).
• Practical experience using AI tools to enhance analysis, build clusters, and create automated agents — this is a core expectation, not a nice-to-have.
• Strong ownership mindset — you identify the problem and drive it to resolution without being asked.
• Ability to communicate complex analyses clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Consulting or growth strategy background is a strong differentiator.
• Fluent English or Spanish is a plus.
