Job Description:
Sciative is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth of Sciative by managing top priority projects of the founders of the company, mostly relating to business development, investor relationships, strategic partnerships, and business expansion. This role will give you an in-depth exposure to the dynamics at a growth stage startup, and get you a hands on experience in navigating growth and expansion challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Project Management: • Lead and oversee strategic projects from initiation to completion. • Develop project plans, scope, objectives, and timelines. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Business Development and Growth: • Work closely with the business development team to identify growth opportunities. • Participate in market research and analysis to support decision-making. • Develop and implement strategies for expanding our client base.
- Investor Relationship Management: • Nurture and maintain relationships with current and potential investors. • Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for investors. • Support fundraising efforts and ensure compliance with investor requirements.
- Business Expansion: • Contribute to the planning and execution of Sciative's expansion initiatives. • Identify and evaluate potential markets and partnership opportunities. • Manage projects related to opening new locations or entering new markets.
- Project Documentation and Reporting: • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments. • Communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
- Resource Management: • Manage project resources effectively, including budgets and team allocation. • Identify and resolve resource constraints and risks.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on strategic, non-technical projects.
• Strong understanding of the retail, travel, and hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Exceptional time and resource management skills.
