Role Description

The Beverage Sales Specialist is a full-time, outside sales role based in San Diego, CA. This role will focus on driving sales, building relationships with wholesaler partners, retail accounts, and consumers to ensure brand growth and visibility. The Beverage Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting tastings, and achieving sales targets for four supplier partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively selling products into both on-premise and off-premise accounts
• Visiting 40 accounts per week
• Utilizing CRM to track and monitor sales as well as report on achievements
• Planning and executing in-store tastings, promotional events, and trade shows to increase brand awareness
• Conducting staff trainings at accounts to ensure thorough product knowledge and proper brand representation
• submitting supplier recaps every Monday morning
• Meeting or exceeding monthly KPIs and sales goals

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Beverage Sales Experience
• Experience in B2B sales and lead generation
• Experienced with On & Off-Premise Beverage sales.
• Ability to create and deliver effective sales proposals
• Expert knowledge of the greater San Diego, CA market
• Experience with CRM software
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Salary Range: $75,000 -$90,000 annually. Actual compensation will depend on qualifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
