Role Overview
We are looking for remote Lead Setters / Appointment Setters to help us connect with real estate professionals and book qualified sales conversations. This is a contract, commission-only role for people who are comfortable on the phone, organized, self-motivated, and able to communicate clearly with business owners and real estate professionals.
Important Compensation Note
This is a commission-only independent contractor role. The annual range shown is an estimated potential commission range and is not a guaranteed salary or hourly wage. Actual earnings depend on booked appointments, sales performance, and commission terms discussed during screening.
What You Will Do
- Identify and qualify potential B2B leads in real estate and related industries.
- Call, email, and follow up with prospects.
- Build rapport quickly and professionally.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Keep accurate notes on conversations, follow-ups, and scheduled calls.
- Communicate clearly with the Accrued Markets team about lead quality and appointment status.
Who This Is For
- You are confident speaking on the phone.
- You can handle rejection and keep moving.
- You have appointment setting, lead generation, cold calling, customer service, or B2B sales experience.
- You are comfortable working remotely and independently.
- Real estate, marketing, SaaS, or agency experience is a plus, but not required.
