⚠️ Compensation
This is a 100% commission-only position with uncapped earning potential.

Top performers will have opportunities for leadership roles as Accelera AI continues to grow.
Commission is 15% uncapped

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting

• Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach

• Schedule qualified discovery meetings

• Present Accelera AI's services to business owners and decision-makers

• Build long-term client relationships

• Handle objections and confidently communicate value

• Maintain an organized sales pipeline within our CRM

• Meet and exceed sales goals

Qualifications

• Previous B2B sales experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable making outbound calls

• Excellent objection-handling skills

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
