Tech Lead - Full Stack

Job Location - Ahmedabad, Gujarat (WFO) Who you’ll be working withWe build the solutions dreamed up by the product and design teams. Our goal is to deliver working software every two weeks. We are a large team that spans across three global offices, but we collaborate and integrate front- and back-end components and interfaces to provide a user-centered experience through web and mobile platforms. What you’ll be doing

• Be a hands-on technical leader, contributing to development and conducting regular code reviews.
• Participate and drive technical decision-making across architecture, tooling, and implementation approaches.
• Establish and promote consistent engineering practices, coding patterns, and standards across the team.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership on active projects, helping unblock engineers, resolve technical challenges, and keep delivery on track.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance and feedback to help grow the team's capabilities.
• Partner with Engineering and Project leadership to establish clear technical guardrails, standards, and ownership across projects.
• Serve as the primary technical voice in client conversations for your project, shaping scope and technical approach with the client rather than only executing what’s handed down.
• Support new business pursuits as needed, contributing technical scoping, proof-of-concept work, or estimates for prospective client engagements. What you’ll need to be successful (Requirements) Must have skills:
• Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js or Python with one of the leading databases like PostgreSQL, MySql and/or MongoDB.
• Good understanding of full-stack application architecture, API design, and databases.
• Ability to lead technical decisions, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers.
• Experience with a cloud platform such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Should have skills:
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools as part of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently on complex technical problems.
• Experience working in a client-facing or consulting environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, project/product, QA, design, and client-facing teams. Nice to have skills:
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD.
