About the Role

We are looking for an IT Head who can lead our technology and product development. The person will be responsible for building and improving our Background Verification products, developing AI Agents, and driving technology innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of our BGV products and platforms.
• Build and manage full-stack applications and new product features.
• Develop AI Agents and AI-powered solutions to automate business processes.
• Identify new opportunities to use AI and technology to improve our products and operations.
• Work with the business and operations teams to understand requirements and build solutions.
• Lead and mentor the development team.
• Manage the complete product development process from idea to deployment.
• Ensure products are secure, scalable, reliable, and user-friendly.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in Software/Product Development or Technology.
• Strong Full Stack Development experience.
• Experience in building and improving software products.
• Experience with AI, AI Agents, LLMs, or AI-based applications.
• Strong knowledge of React/Next.js, Node.js, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.
• Ability to lead a technical team and manage projects independently.
• Strong problem-solving and business understanding.
• Experience in BGV, HR Tech, Risk & Compliance, SaaS, or similar products will be preferred.
• Ahmedabad-based candidates are preferred.
