As a Flutter Mobile Developer, you’ll be responsible for building, improving, and scaling cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS. You’ll work across mobile development, UI implementation, API integration, application performance, testing, and deployment.

You’ll collaborate with designers, backend developers, QA teams, and project stakeholders to convert approved designs and product requirements into reliable, responsive, and production-ready mobile experiences.

How your day would look like at SandCup:

• Build, maintain, and improve Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
  
• Convert Figma and approved UI designs into responsive mobile screens with accuracy and consistency.
  
• Integrate REST APIs, Firebase, backend services, third-party SDKs, and platform-specific features.
  
• Write native code using Kotlin, Java, Swift, or Objective-C through Platform Channels when required.
• Manage application state using Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, GetX, or similar frameworks.
  
• Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance, stability, security, and usability.
  
• Write unit, widget, and integration tests to maintain application quality.
  
• Handle Play Store and App Store releases, including signing, versioning, and deployment preparation.
• Review code and maintain reusable components, clean coding practices, and technical documentation.
  
• Support junior developers and contribute to better mobile development practices.
  
• Collaborate with design, backend, QA, and project teams in an Agile environment.
  

You’ll be a great fit if:

• You have strong hands-on experience with Flutter, Dart, mobile architecture, and the application development lifecycle.
  
• You can understand product flows and translate them into stable, user-friendly mobile experiences.
  
• You have working knowledge of native Android and iOS development for platform-specific integrations.
  
• You can balance delivery timelines with clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
  
• You have a structured debugging approach and care about application performance and security.
  
• You understand state management and can select an approach based on project requirements.
  
• You are comfortable working with designers, backend developers, QA teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
  
• You understand app signing, versioning, release management, and store deployment processes.
  
• You can review code, guide junior developers, and contribute to stronger development practices.
  
• Experience with Bluetooth, NFC, camera, biometrics, or other hardware integrations will be preferred.
• Understanding of secure storage, certificate pinning, and mobile security practices will be preferred.
  
• You are open to feedback and use it to improve both the solution and the development workflow.
