As a Python Developer, you’ll be responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining backend systems that power our digital products and internal workflows. Your work will focus on creating reliable services, clean data flows, and structured logic that support real-world use cases.

You’ll collaborate closely with designers, product thinkers, and developers to ensure that what gets built is not just functional, but dependable and easy to work with over time.

How your day would look like at SandCup:

• Develop and maintain backend systems and services using Python.
• Design and build APIs that connect different parts of the product ecosystem.
• Work with databases to structure, store, and retrieve data efficiently.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to support seamless integrations.
• Debug, test, and improve system performance and reliability.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to better system decisions.
