Cold outreach at volume requires the 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 to send the fiftieth message with the 𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭, to treat every non-response as 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, and to build pipeline 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 to any individual outcome. Identify qualified prospects on 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐝𝐈𝐧 daily using a 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬. Build target lists matched to the 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐱 client profile.
Deploy personalised cold outreach messages with embedded lead magnets at volume. The daily target is 𝟓𝟎 𝐭𝐨 𝟏𝟎𝟎 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬 across 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥.
Manage warm conversations from initial response through to consultation scheduling. Apply the 𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬 you will be trained on.
Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the 𝐂𝐑𝐌. Track conversation stages and follow-up sequences.
Escalate to the founding team for closing when a prospect is ready for a live consultation or mandate discussion. Your function is 𝐚𝐜𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. Closing is handled separately.

Base commission is 𝟏𝟎 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞 on every successfully closed and delivered mandate that originated from your outreach. That is a genuinely generous structure for a 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧-𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 in this category. A single mid-range 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐱 mandate generates a commission that 𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 what many full-time roles pay monthly.
