We are a funded startup focused on transforming customer support and sales with innovative voice agent technology. Our team comprises ex-IITians, ex-Googlers, and PhDs. We are seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential leads/clients through online sources, LinkedIn, directories, etc.
Build and maintain a structured lead pipeline/database (CRM or spreadsheet)
Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate interest
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and update pipeline stages
Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team
Track follow-ups and maintain outreach records
Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, or outreach templates
Report weekly on pipeline status, conversion rates, and outreach metrics

Requirements:

Pursuing/completed degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Strong communication and research skills
Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets; CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho) a plus
Self-motivated and target-driven
