Marketing Intern

We are a funded startup focused on transforming customer support and sales with innovative voice agent technology. Our team comprises ex-IITians, ex-Googlers, and PhDs. We are seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, etc.)
• Grow follower base and improve engagement metrics across channels
• Write captions, posts, and short-form copy aligned with brand voice
• Design or coordinate creation of graphics/reels/short videos (using tools like Canva)
• Track and report social media analytics (reach, engagement, follower growth)
• Research industry trends, competitor activity, and content ideas
• Assist in building marketing campaigns for product launches or events
• Support content for blogs, newsletters, or website updates as needed
• Coordinate with the design/BD teams for consistent messaging

Requirements:

• Pursuing/completed degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
• Strong writing skills and understanding of social media platforms
• Creative mindset with an eye for visual content
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus
• Basic understanding of social media analytics/insights
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
