Senior Graphic Designer (Art & Illustration)

Most people meet Intempt through a character before they meet the software. Blu is our AI agent, and Blu has a face - seven agents, each with its own locked identity, drawn as characters rather than picked from an icon set. Underneath that sits a real design system: a logo family built from cutout marks, a four-dot signature, and a motion rule that every animating state has to resolve by snapping back into the intempt mark. Somebody drew all of it. We're hiring the person who draws what comes next.

This is a classic craft seat. Type, composition, color, illustration - the fundamentals, at a level people notice and copy. It is not a product UI role: interface design has its own owner on the Product team. You own how Intempt looks everywhere else. Brand, campaign, editorial, illustration, and the mascot family itself.

You work as a two-person creative pair with a Video Editor and Animator. You draw it, they make it move. Both seats are open, and whoever lands first helps pick the other.

What you'll own

• The Blu identity family - extend the locked mascot set and keep new agents on-model with it
• The illustration system behind campaigns, blog art, launch assets, and free-tool pages
• Type and layout craft across the site, decks, one-pagers, and print collateral
• Still applications of the four-dot signature - logo family, app icons, product lockups
• Files a motion designer can actually animate - layered, named, and built to move
• The visual bar for everything that leaves the company, including work that isn't yours

You are

• 4+ years as a graphic designer on top of a real art or illustration foundation - art school, fine art, or a self-taught body of work you can show
• Someone whose portfolio has drawing in it, not only Figma frames
• Deep in type - you can say exactly why a setting is wrong and then fix it
• Fluent in the craft tools and just as comfortable drawing by hand or on a tablet
• A systems designer, not a poster designer - you build families that hold together
• Opinionated about character design - a mascot has to read at 24px and survive a billboard
• Willing to be the only person in the room saying the layout is off
