Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Salesforce Developer to join our core engineering team in Gurugram. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable custom business applications on the Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in Apex, LWC, REST API integrations, and a deep understanding of Sales Cloud & Service Cloud workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Custom Development: Design and develop custom solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future), and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Solution Architecture: Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solution designs while adhering to Salesforce governor limits and best practices.

Integrations: Build, consume, and optimize bi-directional REST APIs and web services to integrate Salesforce with third-party platforms and enterprise systems.

Cloud Architecture: Configure and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features (Case Management, Email-to-Case, Lead Conversion, Opportunity Automation, SLAs).

Automation: Implement complex process automations using Flow Builder and Custom Metadata Types to replace legacy approval workflows.

Security & Governance: Maintain enterprise-grade org security models using Profiles, Permission Sets, OWD, and Sharing Rules.

Quality & Release: Write robust Apex Unit Test classes ensuring >85% code coverage; manage deployment pipelines using VS Code, Git, and Salesforce CLI.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 3.5 to 4.5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Core Technical Stack: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Flow Builder, Async Apex.

Cloud Focus: In-depth technical exposure to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
