Tech Stack: We have 5 apps on web, iOS, and Android. Frontend: Expo React Native. Backend: Node.js + MongoDB. DevOps: AWS. Automation: Detox and Playwright.

You need to know one of these really well: MERN, React Native, or AWS.

About the Internship

You will work alongside experienced mentors, receive an Internship Certificate, and contribute to impactful projects.

Here is the process for paid roles.

Conditions:
Intern completes 3 months 3.5k pm INR first
Intern's performance has been proven to be good
Intern can spend full time at the job

If these conditions are met they can apply.
Intern either get rejected or will be asked to work longer to prove themselves or accepted or will be kept on hold. If they get accepted, there is no interview.

Requirements
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Backend Development and Database Management

Familiarity with React Native and Node.js is a plus

Commitment:

Able to join daily sync-ups

Can commit to the internship duration

Attitude:

Willingness to learn across different domains

Comfortable with online and offline assignments

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend features (Node.js), with occasional frontend tasks (React Native)

Write unit and end-to-end automation tests

Collaborate with team members and participate in code reviews and daily sync-ups

Hiring Process
Offline Coding Exercise – Complete a short coding assignment

Live Coding Session – Discuss and refine your code with the team

Final Interview – Quick chat with the CEO
