Project Manager / Product Manager

Job Overview:

Artikate Studio is looking for a Project Manager / Product Manager with expertise in full-stack development to oversee the complete product development lifecycle, from inception to delivery and post-launch maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a blend of project management skills and technical expertise to manage and actively participate in the development of high-quality products.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can efficiently manage multiple projects, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and ensure that development processes align with the business objectives and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Product Management: Lead and manage the entire product development lifecycle from concept, planning, and design, through development, testing, launch, and post-launch support and maintenance.
• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements and translate them into detailed specifications and development roadmaps.
• Project Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project progress, ensuring that deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Development Participation: Actively participate in coding, debugging, and developing new features using full-stack development skills (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, React, SQL, and other relevant technologies).
• Team Collaboration & Leadership: Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketing, and QA, to ensure the product meets quality standards and client expectations.
• Quality Assurance & Testing: Oversee testing phases, ensuring that any issues are identified and resolved promptly to deliver a high-quality product.
• Post-Launch Maintenance: Manage product updates, bug fixes, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring that the product remains stable and aligned with business and user needs.
• Risk Management: Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation plans to minimize disruptions and ensure timely delivery.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of development processes, project updates, and product changes. Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and management.

Requirements:

• Education: NA
• Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in product management/project management roles, preferably in software or technology-driven environments.
  • Proven full-stack development experience with hands-on skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Node.js), Python, and SQL.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Excellent coding and debugging skills, with the ability to actively contribute to development projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Tools/Software:
  • Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Familiarity with database management and backend technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
