Lead Full Stack Developer - NodeJS/NestJS/ReactJS

Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer with strong hands on expertise in React, Node.js and Nest.js, along with experience in the Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate.

The role involves building scalable web applications, integrating workflows and leading digital transformation initiatives while mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop and maintain end to end web applications using React for frontend and Node.js or Nest.js for backend.
• Develop reusable, scalable and high performance components and services.
• Integrate REST APIs and GraphQL for seamless system communication.
• Ensure code quality, security and performance optimization.
• Review code and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts and QA teams to deliver high quality solutions.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in full stack development.

Technical Skills :

• Strong experience in React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Strong experience in Node.js and Nest.js.
• Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Hands on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and containerized workloads.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with CI CD pipelines, Git and Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with workflow engines such as jBPM or Flowable is a plus.
• Exposure to LLMs, Vector Databases and RAG frameworks is an advantage.

• Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and work with cross functional stakeholders.
