Odoo Consultant & Solutions Designer

We're looking for an experienced Odoo Consultant & Solutions Designer to help our clients implement and optimize Odoo for their business operations.

What you'll do
• Guide businesses through end-to-end Odoo setup, configuration, and deployment
• Act as a solutions designer — translating business requirements into clear technical specs for developers
• Lead discovery workshops with clients to map workflows and identify the right Odoo modules
• Define customization scopes and write functional specs when standard modules don't cover the need
• Review and validate developer work to ensure it aligns with business intent
• Provide ongoing support and training post-go-live

What we're looking for
• Deep hands-on experience with Odoo (v15+ preferred) across multiple modules: CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, or similar
• Proven track record of full-cycle Odoo implementations for SMBs or enterprises
• Strong ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Experience writing functional specs, user stories, or BRDs for custom development
• Excellent communication skills — you can explain complex processes simply
• Bonus: familiarity with Python or Odoo Studio for light customizations
