Data Science Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor a team of Data Scientists and ML Engineers.
2. Drive end-to-end AI/ML projects from model development to production deployment.
3. Design, build, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
4. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
5. Ensure model performance, scalability, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
6. Define AI/ML best practices, technical standards, and project roadmaps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
3. 1-3+ years of experience leading Data Science or ML teams.
4. Proven experience delivering production-grade AI/ML solutions.
5. Strong expertise in Classical Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Python, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and SQL.
6. Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and MLOps tools such as SageMaker, MLflow, Kubeflow, or Vertex AI.
7. Strong understanding of the complete ML lifecycle, including deployment, monitoring, and model governance.
