Uservox is focussed on transforming the voice customer support and sales market with innovative voice agent technology. Our team comprises ex-IITians, ex-Googlers, and PhDs and we are well funded. We are seeking a motivated Quality Check Executive to join our team.

UserVox is the voice AI platform powering real-time conversational agents for business. We're hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with customers, build custom integrations (telephony, CRMs, internal APIs), and turn our voice AI into production-ready solutions fast.

Responsibilities:

Deploy and customize UserVox for enterprise customers on-site and remotely
Own customer success for assigned accounts, ensuring adoption and satisfaction
Optimize prompts and workflows for token minimization and cost efficiency
Feed customer needs back into product

Requirements:

2+ years as a software/solutions engineer, customer-facing
Experience with real-time systems or voice/telephony tech
Hands-on LLM and prompt engineering experience (designing, testing, and iterating on prompts for production use cases)
Experience with call auditing and QA for voice/contact center systems
Background in customer success or customer-facing account management
Comfort with analytics and reporting on call/agent performance
Comfort with travel
