Full Stack Developer

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer who thrives in the era of AI-assisted development. You'll work alongside AI coding agents to ship products faster while maintaining the critical thinking and architectural judgment that only humans provide. This role is ideal for someone who sees AI tools as force multipliers, not replacements.

What You'll Actually Do

• Build and ship products using modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Astro, Node.js) with AI coding assistants as your pair programming partners
• Architect solutions that AI agents can help implement—breaking down complex problems into well-defined, promptable tasks
• Review and refine AI-generated code for security vulnerabilities, edge cases, and maintainability issues that AI often misses
• Design and integrate APIs for client projects, particularly in real estate marketing and lead generation systems
• Manage AI agent workflows using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar—knowing when to let AI run and when to intervene
• Write effective prompts and specifications that produce consistent, high-quality output from AI tools
• Debug the weird stuff—when AI confidently produces broken code, you'll need to understand why and fix it

What We're Looking For

Core Technical Skills

• 2-4 years building web applications (the fundamentals still matter)
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS foundation
• Experience with React, Next.js, or Vue.js
• Backend comfort with Node.js and database work (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Git proficiency and understanding of deployment pipelines

AI Development Skills

• Demonstrated experience using AI coding tools (Claude, GPT, Copilot, Cursor, etc.) in production work
• Ability to write clear, specific prompts that get usable results on the first or second try
• Critical eye for reviewing AI output—catching hallucinations, security issues, and suboptimal patterns
• Understanding of when AI accelerates work vs. when it creates more problems than it solves

The Human Stuff

• Strong architectural thinking—AI can write code, but you decide what to build
• Debugging intuition that goes beyond "ask the AI again"
• Clear communication skills for client work and team collaboration
• Self-direction and ownership over your projects

Nice to Have

• Experience with Vercel, AWS, or similar cloud deployment
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks and MCP servers
• Background in SEO implementation or real estate tech
• Mobile development exposure (React Native)
