About the Role
Bridgeway Power Services is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Field Sales
Executive to drive sales of rooftop solar solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
generating leads, meeting customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them
through the solar adoption process.

*Key Responsibilities *

•  Visit customers and promote rooftop solar solutions.
  
•  Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
  
•  Explain solar benefits, savings, and EMI/loan options.
  
•  Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
  
•  Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships.
  
•  Update customer details and sales activities in the CRM.
  
•  Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
  

*Requirements *

•  Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
•  2–7 years of experience in field sales.
•  Experience in Solar, Banking, Insurance, Loans, Real Estate, Telecom, or Direct Sales will be preferred.
•  Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•  Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
•  Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
