The Role
We are looking for a hungry, detail-oriented intern to own our outbound presence across freelance platforms like Upwork, Freelancer.com, and similar marketplaces. Your job is simple on paper but requires real hustle: find the right clients, send the right message, and get them on a call. You will be our front line for pipeline generation.

What You Will Do

• Monitor and respond to relevant job postings on Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, and others daily
• Write personalized, compelling proposals that cut through the noise and convert
• Manage and optimize agency profiles to improve visibility and credibility scores
• Track outreach activity, response rates, and conversion metrics in a CRM or tracker
• Collaborate with the internal team to align messaging with ongoing service offerings
• Identify patterns in winning proposals and help build a repeatable playbook

Who You Are

• You write clearly, quickly, and without sounding like a template
• You are comfortable managing repetitive tasks with a system mindset
• You understand what a growth marketing agency does (or are eager to learn fast)
• Prior experience on Upwork, even as a freelancer, is a strong plus
• You track what is working and are not shy about iterating
• Available for at least 1 to 2 hours daily, with consistent timezone overlap
