We launched in 2026 and are growing fast across India's major cities. This internship puts you at the centre of a real startup build — not a corporate programme.

The Role - You own reel content for The Padel Company, fully remote. You take raw footage we send you and turn it into reels for Instagram and YouTube Shorts, and get full creative freedom on formats and trends. You work directly with the founder and see your work live within days, not weeks.

What You Will Work On Editing raw footage into sharp 15-60 second reels. Pitching your own content ideas, hooks, and formats. Posting and tracking what performs, then doing more of it. Keeping a fast, consistent editing turnaround without being chased.
