Nuzzy helps pet businesses run efficiently by eliminating many mundane, operation-heavy tasks with its scalable system and mobile app. We are building the operating system for boarding, daycare, grooming, veterinary, and other pet businesses, covering bookings, payments, documents, staff management, and automated communication.

We're hiring 2 Content Creators to go out and capture what's actually happening across pet world, wherever there's a real story. Talking to real people and coming back with a story is the core of the job.

What we expect from you

• You love talking to people, building stories, and craving quality content.
• You own the end-to-end idea and execution of content creation.
• You work closely with the marketing, product, and creative departments.
• You are a self-starter and don’t need to be chased for updates.
• You are extroverted, travel frequently, enjoy going out in public, talking to strangers, and love photography. Because this will be a major part of the job, we expect these qualities from you.
• Go out into the field, talk to real people across various locations, understand their point of view, and create worthwhile content.
• Show up at pet events, trade shows, and wherever the pet community gathers.
• Transform your findings into multiple pieces of content, develop a proper distribution strategy, and create cross‑content material.
• Own the quality of everything you make. If it goes out with your name on it, it should be something you're proud of.
• Come up with your own story ideas. Nobody is handing you a shot list every week.
• Keep a running pipeline of content so there's always something ready to go out.
• Work with the rest of the team to know which stories, people, businesses, or events are worth showing up for.

Qualification

• 1 to 2 years creating content, video, photography, or a strong portfolio even without a formal job history.
• Comfortable walking up to a stranger, a business owner, or a pet parent, and coming back with a story, in whatever form fits.
• Care enough about your own work that nobody needs to check it before it goes out.
• Know your way around basic editing tools such as CapCut, Higgsfield, Runway ML, or Premiere. Be comfortable writing captions and short copy.
• Own a smartphone capable of shooting good photos and video.
• You are comfortable working in the office and travelling.
• Strong communication in Hindi and English, since you'll be the one getting people comfortable and talking.
