Nuzzy helps pet businesses run efficiently by eliminating many mundane, operation-heavy tasks with its scalable system and mobile app. We are building the operating system for boarding, daycare, grooming, veterinary, and other pet businesses, covering bookings, payments, documents, staff management, and automated communication.
We're hiring a Social Media Manager to own how Nuzzy shows up online, end to end. You'll decide what we post, when, and why, create posts, stories, and short videos across Instagram, X, and LinkedIn that are built to travel, and answer for the numbers behind them every month.

What we expect from you

• Own every social KPI, reach, end to end funnel, engagement, follower growth, and answer for the numbers each month.
• Set the content strategy yourself, we're not looking for someone who waits to be told what to post.
• Create ideals, strategy & execution directional posts, stories, and short videos for Instagram and Youtube that are built to be shared, not just seen.
• Plan and run a content calendar across Instagram, Youtube, and LinkedIn, chasing engagement over reach.
• Collaborate closely with the Product, Design, Creative, and Content Creation teams.
• Stay engaged with followers, prospects, and people who engage with our content.
• Keep an eye on what's trending, and move fast when something's working.

Qualification

• Minimum 3 years running social media for a brand, agency, or business, where you owned the strategy and the results, not just the posting schedule.
• A track record of content that performed well. Show us the reach, the shares, or just the post itself.
• Strong, opinionated ideas and content writing.
• Comfortable owning a content calendar end to end, nobody should have to chase you for it.
• Based in Pune, or able to work our hours if remote.
• Interest in the pet industry is a plus, not required.
• Having or building a personal brand for yourself is a big plus.
