About the job
*Help KoreVity™ win its first US customers and build the commercial function from the ground up.
*
KoreVity is building an Intelligent Operations Platform for SMB and mid-market businesses, bringing together business knowledge, AI, intelligent automation, and operational intelligence.
We don't aim to replace the software businesses already use. We help make the way they work with their existing knowledge, data, systems, and processes more intelligent.
Our platform is designed to centralize business knowledge, connect existing systems, reduce repetitive work, and give teams AI-powered operational intelligence to help them make faster, better-informed decisions.
We're approaching commercial launch and are looking for an experienced B2B sales professional who wants something different from joining an established sales organization:
The opportunity to help build one.
You'll work directly with the Founder & Managing Director to establish KoreVity's US go-to-market approach, engage early customers, lead discovery and commercial conversations, close initial accounts, and help build a repeatable sales engine.
This is not a traditional sales position with an established territory, mature pipeline, and fixed playbook.
You'll be helping create those things.
About the Role
This opportunity begins as a performance-based independent contractor partnership, with the potential to develop into a long-term commercial leadership role as KoreVity grows.
As our Head of Business Development / Founding Growth Partner, your initial focus will be simple:
Help KoreVity win its first US customers.
You'll build relationships with SMB and mid-market decision-makers, understand their operational challenges, demonstrate how KoreVity can create measurable business value, and guide qualified opportunities from initial conversation through agreement.
You'll also work directly with the founder to refine our positioning, customer profile, sales process, pricing strategy, and overall go-to-market approach based on what we learn from the market.
As KoreVity grows, there is an opportunity for this role to develop into broader commercial leadership.
Your First Mission
You won't inherit an established US customer base or mature sales organization.
Your first mission will be to help KoreVity:
Identify and refine our highest-potential US customer profiles.
Build relationships with qualified SMB and mid-market decision-makers.
Generate and develop early commercial opportunities.
Secure our first pilot and paying customers.
Gather meaningful feedback from real customer conversations.
Refine our positioning and sales methodology.
Help establish a repeatable customer acquisition process.
We're looking for someone who enjoys zero-to-one sales and wants to help build the commercial foundation rather than simply inherit one.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll work directly with CEOs, COOs, Operations Directors, business owners, and other decision-makers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Prospecting and developing qualified opportunities.
Building relationships with business decision-makers.
Leading discovery conversations to understand operational challenges and business goals.
Presenting and demonstrating KoreVity in a business-focused way.
Translating platform capabilities into clear business outcomes.
Managing opportunities from initial contact through signed agreement.
Maintaining disciplined follow-up and pipeline management.
Helping refine our sales messaging and go-to-market strategy.
Bringing customer and market feedback directly into commercial planning.
Representing KoreVity professionally and with integrity.
This is a consultative sales role. We don't want someone who simply pitches features.
We want someone who first understands the customer's business.
What We Provide
You will not be expected to build software or manage technical implementation.
KoreVity provides the product and technical capability around you, including:
Product demonstrations and presentation materials.
Sales and training documentation.
Proposal and implementation frameworks.
Business Intelligence expertise.
Workflow automation expertise.
Technical and implementation support.
Lead generation and outreach tools.
Founder support throughout the sales process.
Your focus is on creating opportunities, understanding customer needs, building trusted relationships, and closing business.
Compensation
This is an early-stage, performance-based opportunity designed for someone who wants to participate in the value they help create.
Compensation initially includes:
Competitive commission on successful customer implementations.
20% share of recurring monthly revenue generated from customers you bring to KoreVity.
Performance bonuses tied to commercial growth.
Meaningful long-term equity opportunity tied to clearly defined commercial milestones and sustained contribution.
Important: KoreVity is an early-stage company preparing for commercial launch. This role does not currently include a guaranteed base salary.
Candidates who require an immediate fixed salary should not apply.
We want to be completely transparent about this from the beginning.
For the right person who helps establish KoreVity's commercial foundation and demonstrates sustained contribution, there is an opportunity to grow with the company both financially and professionally.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys building businesses, not simply selling products.
You may be a strong fit if you have experience in areas such as:
B2B SaaS sales.
SMB and mid-market sales.
Consultative or solution selling.
AI or technology solutions.
Business development.
Operations technology or consulting.
Workflow automation or Business Intelligence.
Supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or other operational industries.
Early-stage startups.
Experience selling to business owners, CEOs, COOs, Operations Directors, or similar decision-makers is particularly valuable.
You don't need to be a software engineer.
You do need to be curious about how businesses operate and comfortable asking questions before recommending a solution.
What We're Not Looking For
This opportunity probably isn't right for someone who:
Requires an established inbound pipeline before selling.
Wants to manage a sales team rather than personally develop early opportunities.
Is looking only for a traditional salaried sales position.
Expects a mature brand and established customer base.
Is uncomfortable with an early-stage environment where the commercial process is still being built.
We're looking for someone who sees that stage as an opportunity, not a disadvantage.
Why Join KoreVity?
You'll be joining while the commercial foundation is still being created.
Instead of entering a mature organization with every decision already made, you'll have the opportunity to influence:
US go-to-market strategy.
Customer acquisition.
Sales methodology.
Commercial positioning.
Pricing strategy.
Partnerships.
Customer experience.
Future commercial team development.
Long-term growth.
If KoreVity succeeds, the person who helps build our commercial engine from the beginning should have the opportunity to grow alongside it.

Please answer the following:
KoreVity does not yet have an established US customer base. How would you personally approach finding our first 10 qualified prospects?

Are you comfortable beginning without a guaranteed base salary and earning initially through commission, recurring revenue participation, performance bonuses, and potential earned equity?
What types of SMB or mid-market decision-makers have you sold to previously?
If you joined KoreVity, what would you aim to accomplish during your first 90 days?
We're less interested in polished applications than in understanding how you think, sell, and build.
