At EaseOps, we're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and ensuring customers have a great experience from day one.

As a Customer Success & Implementation Intern, you'll work directly with the founders to help hospitals successfully adopt our healthcare SaaS platform. You'll assist with product implementations, onboard and train hospital teams, gather customer feedback, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure every customer gets maximum value from our solution.

This role is perfect for someone who loves meeting new people, enjoys field work, and wants to understand how enterprise SaaS products are implemented in the real world.

📍 Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
✈️ Travel to customer locations across India is a mandatory part of the role.
